Juan Figueroa
Advocate

Juan Figueroa was initially affiliated with DRCVI in 2001 as an advocate.  Most recently he had served as Chief-of Staff to a Senator in the U.S. Virgin Islands and as a Human Resources Coordinator for the V.I. Government.  He returned to DRCVI in 2009 where he works as an advocate for children with disabilities in the public school system.  Juan made Virgin Islands history by being the first and only soldier in the Virgin Islands Army National Guard to hold all three ranks of Enlisted, Warrant Officer, and Commissioned Officer, in the United States Armed Forces.  He retired from military service as a Major.  Juan holds a Masters Degree in Management, with a concentration in Health Care Administration from Central Michigan University and a B.A. in Music from the Conservatory of Music in Puerto Rico.


Pauline N. Lee

Advocate

Pauline Lee joined DRCVI in 2010.  As an advocate she will be responsible for working with students and young adults on employment-related projects.  Pauline is an entrepreneur on the island of St. Thomas.  She is a graduate of Morgan State University where she received a B.A. in Political Science.
